About the role
- Own the full video production workflow from concept and storyboarding to filming, editing, and delivery
- Pitch and shape creative ideas for Academy lessons and digital platforms
- Capture high-quality footage and direct presenters or contributors
- Edit, refine, and finalise video content using industry-standard software
- Champion Fresha’s brand identity and ensure consistent tone, style, and quality
- Manage production schedules and multiple projects, delivering on time
- Partner with Product Education, Product, Design, and Marketing teams to create content for a global customer base
- Maintain efficient production and content organisation for easy asset access
- Nice to have: ideating and creating motion design and animation to enhance storytelling
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in video production or a related field, preferably in an educational or SaaS environment
- Skilled in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
- Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail
- Confident operating video, audio, and lighting equipment to capture professional-grade footage
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of creative projects
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable with a solutions-focused approach
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or visual design
