About the role
- Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts
- Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar
- Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations
- Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus
- Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred
