Work with our Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
Coordinate with our interview & training teams
Requirements
Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with a neutral accent
Fluency in English is a must
Great interpersonal and people skills
LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
1+ years of High-volume recruiting experience
1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
