About the role
- Serve as a clinical quality expert, guiding regional teams in achieving strategic goals
- Lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts
- Support interdisciplinary collaboration and drive data-informed initiatives to enhance clinical performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality goals
- Mentor Clinical Quality teams in QAPI principles, data analysis, and process improvement
- Oversee execution of clinical initiatives and maintain compliance documentation
- Promote evidence-based practices and improve care coordination
Requirements
- Registered Nurse required
- BSN or bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing or quality preferred
- 5+ years of dialysis experience required
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills.
