About the role
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a global, multi-disciplinary product development organization
- Drive innovation, execution excellence, and lifecycle success for VSD’s Dialyzer business
- Work cross-functionally with other senior leaders to shape and execute the long-term strategy for VSD’s product offerings
- Lead and develop a high-performing global R&D / Product Development team with footprint in the US, Germany, and China
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory, quality, and clinical requirements across all development programs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related technical discipline (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in end-to-end product development, from concept through global commercialization
- Proven track record leading global, multiple-locations, cross-cultural product development teams in a highly regulated industry (medical devices preferred)
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex product portfolios and delivering innovative products to market
