About the role
- Performs client-site installation, service and maintenance
- Provides technical support in diagnosis of operational and/or technical issues
- Maintains field service inventory
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity within applicable systems
- Engages in ongoing operations improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
