About the role

  • Serve as strategic advisor and subject matter expert to CDNA on total rewards
  • Provide leadership and consultation on global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Partner with business leaders and Strategic HR Business Partners to align rewards with business objectives
  • Implement total rewards strategies aligned with company philosophy and provide thought leadership on trends
  • Act as primary contact/liaison for Total Rewards and handle escalations
  • Train HR teams and managers on total rewards programs
  • Develop TR budgets with stakeholders and influence divergent stakeholders
  • Co-lead/support design, implementation, and communication of compensation programs including base pay and incentive plans
  • Establish library of business-specific incentive/pay programs and ensure global consistency
  • Partner with global benefits teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective benefit programs
  • Ensure governance and compliance with local regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR Operations, and regional HR leaders to deliver programs
  • Leverage analytics to monitor program effectiveness and provide insights to business leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 8+ years' related experience
  • Experience supporting global business units in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, regulatory environments, and market trends
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret and apply key financial indicators to recommend business solutions
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
