Lead all contract marketing initiatives for respective customers
Management of daily business functions such as bids, awards, special programs, contract negotiations, and contract executions
Primary point of contact for National Accounts and Field Sales to guide contract strategy
Prepare and summarize commercial strategies to provide recommendations
Identify key trends and communicate business drivers, market dynamics and competitive landscape to support business decisions
Practice proactive management, drive collaboration, and be a positive team leader
Provide ongoing support, training, and development of the Contract Marketing team members
Lead and complete projects in a matrix environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree is a plus)
5+ years’ related work experience in customer contracting, sales/marketing, pricing, including 2 years’ leadership experience preferred
Experience with other market-leading pharmaceutical, medical device or related healthcare industry experience preferred
Proven ability to influence, collaborate and partner effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the commercial organization
Clear and effective communication, listening and presentation skills accompanied with strong critical thinking, problem resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other ERP/database concepts (SAP, Salesforce, Veeva, Qlik, Model N)
