Manage agency and vendor relationships, optimize spend allocation, and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data insights.
Brand & Communications: Strengthen the Campspot brand and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Create thought leadership and content that educates and inspires: blog posts, webinars, white papers, customer stories, and event presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and media.
Product Marketing: Partner with Product Management to launch new features and deepen engagement with existing ones.
Craft clear positioning and value messaging that resonates with campground operators.
Lead creation of sales collateral, demos, and educational resources that support adoption and retention.
Website & Conversion Optimization: Oversee software.campspot.com, ensuring the site effectively communicates value, drives engagement, and converts visitors into qualified leads.
Collaborate with design and development partners on continuous improvement, UX optimization, and testing.
Sales Enablement & CRM: Equip the Sales team with collateral, insights, and campaigns that improve pipeline velocity.
Maintain and optimize the CRM database (HubSpot) for segmentation, reporting, and scalable outreach.
Monitor key marketing KPIs and pipeline metrics, using insights to refine strategy and report impact.
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop a team of 3–5 marketers across demand gen, content, and product marketing.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Account Management, and the B2C marketing team.

Requirements
8+ years of marketing experience in tech or SaaS, including team leadership.
Demonstrated success in B2B demand generation and pipeline growth.
Hands-on familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills and comfort building performance dashboards or reporting cadences.
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in dynamic or evolving environments.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience marketing to SMB or low-tech buyer segments.
Prior sales experience or close partnership with Sales teams.
International exposure or multi-market campaign experience.
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization or content creation.
