Director

• Deliver the global roll out of pricing, tender and contract systems in coordination with other parallel initiatives within Fresenius Kabi.
• Ensure the systems are built as per industry standards meeting stakeholders and business users needs.
• Ensure objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk parameters.
• Act as a central coordination point between CommEx, IT/technical teams, and external partners, driving structured execution, governance, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle including required documentation.
• Own the business requirements from initiation to closure.
• Lead the development based on requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track progress against scope, cost, quality, and timelines; proactively manage deviations.
• Ensure delivery of agreed project outcomes aligned with the commercial PCT lead.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, vendors, and commercial PCT lead.
• Provide clear, concise, and regular project reporting to commercial PCT lead.
• Ensure system is delivered in agreed scope, time and budget.
• Identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies early and define mitigation plans and escalate when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and decision tracking.
• Lead development and enablement of AI modules and features in line with company policy and guidelines.
• Responsible for integration of tender and contracting system with other peripheral system in SAP, CRM etc.
• Lead the set up of operational support models ie L1, L2 and L3 support.
• Ensure high level of end user satisfaction.
• Conduct regular training sessions.

• Develop and manage a global content strategy and roadmap aligned with Commercial Skills & Training priorities
• Translate strategic priorities into structured, scalable learning content
• Build and maintain a clear content architecture (global vs. local content, reusable assets, consolidation of redundancies)
• Design and maintain structured learning pathways (e.g., onboarding, role-based development, coaching journeys)
• Integrate multiple learning formats (classroom, digital, microlearning, coaching, assessments) into end-to-end learning journeys
• Support certification frameworks and capability development aligned to defined competencies
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle (planning, development, review, publishing, updating, retirement)
• Ensure quality standards, consistency, and global alignment
• Establish governance processes including version control, localization, and approval workflows
