Assist with variety of College Talent Acquisition related projects under general supervision.
Assist and coordinate intern communications.
Assist with creating and updating reporting tools used to track internship program.
Communicate, via phone and email, directly with interns, site HR team members and various management to gather critical information, respond to inquiries and provide updates.
Track, monitor and follow-up on recruitment tasks to ensure completion and update Success Factors and tracking tool spreadsheet as required.
Generate routine reports from the ATS and intern tracking database as assigned.
Assist and coordinate various intern functions and activities.
Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree, bachelor’s or higher, in an appropriate Human Resources or Business discipline, or closely related field; OR Recent graduate (within 12 months prior to internship start date) with a degree, bachelor’s or higher, in Human Resources, Business or closely related field.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possesses strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Highly accurate and detail oriented.
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrates initiative, organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to understand, apply and communicate verbal and written work and safety-related instructions, procedures, job assignments and applicable safety standards in English.
Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
