About the role
- Assist with variety of College Talent Acquisition related projects under general supervision.
- Assist and coordinate intern communications.
- Assist with creating and updating reporting tools used to track internship program.
- Communicate, via phone and email, directly with interns, site HR team members and various management to gather critical information, respond to inquiries and provide updates.
- Track, monitor and follow-up on recruitment tasks to ensure completion and update Success Factors and tracking tool spreadsheet as required.
- Generate routine reports from the ATS and intern tracking database as assigned.
- Assist and coordinate various intern functions and activities.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree, bachelor’s or higher, in an appropriate Human Resources or Business discipline, or closely related field; OR Recent graduate (within 12 months prior to internship start date) with a degree, bachelor’s or higher, in Human Resources, Business or closely related field.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possesses strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Highly accurate and detail oriented.
- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to understand, apply and communicate verbal and written work and safety-related instructions, procedures, job assignments and applicable safety standards in English.
- Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Position is not eligible for Freeport-McMoRan immigration work visa sponsorship.
