Recruitment

• Assist with variety of College Talent Acquisition related projects under general supervision.
• Assist and coordinate intern communications.
• Assist with creating and updating reporting tools used to track internship program.
• Communicate, via phone and email, directly with interns, site HR team members and various management to gather critical information, respond to inquiries and provide updates.
• Track, monitor and follow-up on recruitment tasks to ensure completion and update Success Factors and tracking tool spreadsheet as required.
• Generate routine reports from the ATS and intern tracking database as assigned.
• Assist and coordinate various intern functions and activities.
• Perform other duties as requested.
