• Under direct supervision, deploy industrial IoT solutions that connect physical assets to enterprise data platforms, enabling operational insight and automation across sites, while focusing on field engineering tasks such as hardware selection, device configuration, and solution handoff to site teams in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Participates in execution of IoT field engineering engagements by gathering operational requirements, applying approved hardware and design patterns, and working with customers to support standardized design decisions.
• Configures and programs field devices and ingestion components within vendor-supported platforms, including datalogger scripting, payload codecs, or telemetry rules engines.
• Supports field devices and IoT infrastructure through root cause analysis of failures, connectivity issues, and data quality problems, while keeping stakeholders informed and contributing to post-incident documentation.
• Operate within established device standards and approved hardware catalogs, providing implementation feedback to support continuous improvement.

Internet of Things Engineer I

• Under direct supervision, duties include the process, transport and storage of sample material; perform housekeeping and other general tasks in support of departmental driven functions, projects and programs
• Photograph core; perform manual handling and transport of sample material (core, pulps) between processing areas and storage; palletize core; load and unload core boxes; split and/or saw core; weigh samples
• Select geomechanical samples (uniaxial, direct shear); wrap and mark samples; capture geomechanical data and enter it into forms, spreadsheets, and databases
• Prepare samples for analysis using appropriate techniques and perform sample preparation for quality control programs
• Support remote field working projects such as mapping, soil sampling, claim staking, and IP surveys
• Generate and place bar codes and scan samples for dispatch to the lab
• Operate a forklift safely and transport sample material between processing areas and storage
• Assist with department administrative functions and processes and perform housekeeping and other general duties as required

Core Technician I

General

• Performs work to develop, maintain, and optimize autonomous mining environments, including haul roads, load plans, dump plans, and exclusion zones, while validating system accuracy, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing corrective actions to support safe, reliable, and efficient autonomous mining operations
• Utilizes system data, field feedback, and operational insights to make real-time adjustments and continuously improve autonomous system performance
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with Pit Technicians and field personnel to verify the accuracy of haul roads, load plans, dump plans, and exclusion zones, independently updating autonomous systems to ensure alignment between virtual mining environments and current field conditions
• Develop, configure, and monitor autonomous operating controls, including speed zones, one-way routes, right-of-way rules, and fail-safe parameters, using system performance data and field feedback to optimize safety, efficiency, and operational reliability
• Analyze mine audit results, slow/stop reports, and mine model data in collaboration with the Senior Systems Coordinator to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and enhance the accuracy and performance of autonomous mining systems
• Perform system validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities by investigating operational and system-related challenges, implementing corrective measures, and escalating complex issues when necessary
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence by complying with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promptly reporting autonomous-system incidents, and actively participating in safety meetings, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as required.

Autonomous Mining Systems Coordinator II

DevOps Engineer

• Review, investigate, and develop appropriate recommendations regarding assigned Reliability Engineering projects.
• With minimum supervision utilizing new technology to constantly upgrade and improve site safety, efficiencies, cost controls, quality controls and protection of the environment.
• Participate with Operations and Maintenance departments and other Engineering staff in problem solving efforts to improve safety, efficiencies, cost controls and protection of the environment.
• Coordinate project activities with Operations and Maintenance departments to improve equipment maintenance availability and other KPIs.
• Ensure appropriate documentation for assigned projects are prepared and review documentation for accuracy.
• Participate on small to medium site construction, expansion or modification projects.
• Administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.
• Develop working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations appropriate to area of assignment.
• Perform other duties as required.

Reliability Engineer II

• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies.
• Consider cost impact for recommended action plans for correcting downtime issues on installed equipment.
• Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures.
• Reports on Key Performance Indices.
• Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and prepare reports.
• Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and make recommendations for improvement.
