Full-stack Engineer

• As a technical leader, this role focuses on large‑scale growth projects and strategic initiatives, providing process engineering expertise, engineering leadership, and high‑level guidance throughout the project development cycle while collaborating across the organization to deliver sound engineering judgment and strategic insight.
• Review, verify, and approve engineering documents including PFDs, P&IDs, design criteria, mass/energy balances, equipment specifications, and metallurgical test work scopes.
• Ensure engineering deliverables conform to internal standards, project requirements, and best practices.

Principal Engineer I – Process Engineering

Analyst

• Provide professional-level support for compensation programs including job evaluations, market pricing, salary planning, and bonus administration.
• Identify and recommend solutions where inequities may exist.
• Consult with Human Resources Management and/or hiring managers regarding compensation issues.
• Support resolution of issue escalations from Shared Service Center.
• Perform job evaluations and market price positions utilizing a variety of salary surveys to recommend the appropriate grade for positions across the organization

• You assist with preparing regular and ad hoc compensation reports as necessary and help respond to issue escalations from the service center as assigned by collaborating with peers to conduct research, investigate inquiries, and provide resolution.
• As the Compensation Analyst I, you participate in salary surveys, prepare files for automated salary matching, and validate the accuracy of market composites.
• You assist in the preparation of analyses to evaluate adjustments to salary structures and merit matrices and support performing job evaluations to market price positions, utilizing a variety of salary surveys to recommend the appropriate grade and FLSA status for positions across the organization.

Compensation Analyst I

Software Engineer

• Assist in providing technical advice and guidance for designated engineering projects and programs at the assigned site
• Work with a team to plan, execute, and process photogrammetry and other remote viewing operations with Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS)
• Work involves sUAS operations including mission planning, conducting safety briefings, filing relevant documentation, maintaining equipment, and maintaining current proficiency with systems
• Assist in the review, investigation, and development of recommendations for assigned engineering projects
• Plan, execute, and monitor sUAS flights in compliance with FAA Part 107 and company safety standards
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑flight inspections
• Process imagery and sensor data to generate orthomosaics, 3D models, and topographical maps
• Operate OEM aircraft and file required FAA documentation

Engineering Specialist I – sUAS

Manager

• Plan, direct and ensure all aspects of integrated materials storage, receipt, issue, ordering, inventory, container management, and requirement definitions for capital project related materials are executed in a consistent manner globally.
• Oversee individual project materials organizations to ensure project objectives of safety, scope, cost, and schedule are met.
• Participate in the development of project Materials Execution Plans for each project, outlining strategies, processes, and staff requirements
• Develop consistent reports of material status for projects
• Participate in logistics planning and execution, including packing, inspections, and transit of capital goods
• Develop tracking controls systems to ensure efficient execution of projects
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain leads to ensure compliance to site requirements, and optimum utilization of resources and staff

Project Materials Manager

Mechanical Engineer

• Under general supervision, provide technical advice and guidance for all phases of assigned geomechanical engineering projects and programs, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at appropriate cost.
• Review, investigate and develop appropriate recommendations regarding assigned engineering project
• Serve as Project Manager or technical advisor, on small-to-medium site construction, expansion or modification projects
• Evaluate and administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment
• Collaborate in site strategic planning and budgeting efforts for designated engineering areas
• Assist in the development and evaluation of Appropriation Request (AR) for capital funding

Geomechanical Engineer II

• Assist in mining geomechanical engineering processes including pit slope & stockpile stability, instrumentation and serve as resource for geomechanical information and analysis
• Overall property slope management functions for pit slopes, stockpiles, and tailings
• Manages and provides geotechnical project oversight and review relating to outside consultants, pit slope water control, structural geology, design slope angles and interfacing with mine design and planning
• Manage and review slope stability data collection, analysis and remedial work including slope monitoring data processing, rock strength parameters, geologic structures, slope control blast designs, and slope angle reviews
• Communicate accurate, timely and relevant slope stability and geotechnical information to mine and site personnel
• Manage, conduct and communicate the results of inspections of pit walls, stockpiles, and site access roads
• Proactively seek improvements to the safe mining of mine reserves relating to slope monitoring, slope maintenance, slope and catch bench designs, blasting, geotechnical data acquisition and analyses
