Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the senior hands-on IoT field engineer bridging the IoT Architecture and execution
Lead field deployments proving architectural patterns and providing feedback
Productize proven patterns into repeatable practices for scaling
Build advanced analytics, pipelines, and real-time dashboards
Drive efficiency through tooling, automation, and runbooks
Mentor engineers and act as senior escalation point for issues
Handle root cause analysis on complex incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or mining-related Engineering discipline, or Bachelor’s degree with additional experience
Intermediate understanding of IoT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and data concepts
Minimum three (3) years of experience in IoT solutions development, implementation, and integration projects
Previous experience in an Engineering, System Administration or Technology Support role
Customer service-oriented with good organizational and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to influence architectural decisions and mentor engineers across the team
