Key responsibilities & impact
  • Under moderate supervision, designs and deploys industrial IoT solutions connecting physical assets to enterprise data platforms
  • Serves as the technical lead on advanced field engineering projects
  • Designs and implements streaming analytics, video analytics, and real-time dashboards
  • Contributes architectural roadmap input based on field implementation experience
  • Lead advanced IoT field engineering projects, owning end-to-end solution design
  • Design and implement streaming analytics and real-time dashboards
  • Configure and program field devices and ingestion components
  • Provide architecture input, participate in design reviews, and mentor junior engineers
  • Perform advanced root cause analysis for complex issues while maintaining stakeholder communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a mining-related Engineering discipline and one (1) year of experience in an Engineering, System Administration or Technology Support role
  • OR Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a mining-related Engineering discipline and three (3) years of progressive experience with IoT solutions development
  • OR High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in IoT technology
  • Must be customer service-oriented and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical site stakeholders.
