Key responsibilities & impact

Under moderate supervision, designs and deploys industrial IoT solutions connecting physical assets to enterprise data platforms
Serves as the technical lead on advanced field engineering projects
Designs and implements streaming analytics, video analytics, and real-time dashboards
Contributes architectural roadmap input based on field implementation experience
Lead advanced IoT field engineering projects, owning end-to-end solution design
Design and implement streaming analytics and real-time dashboards
Configure and program field devices and ingestion components
Provide architecture input, participate in design reviews, and mentor junior engineers
Perform advanced root cause analysis for complex issues while maintaining stakeholder communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a mining-related Engineering discipline and one (1) year of experience in an Engineering, System Administration or Technology Support role
OR Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a mining-related Engineering discipline and three (3) years of progressive experience with IoT solutions development
OR High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in IoT technology
Must be customer service-oriented and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical site stakeholders.
