About the role
- Lead daily RAMP operations to monitor equipment health, detect anomalies, and prevent failures
- Implement predictive maintenance technologies and integrate them into existing workflows
- Train and develop teams on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate across mine sites to align maintenance strategies with planning, reliability, and operations teams
- Analyze failure data with reliability engineers to eliminate recurring issues
- Review performance trends and recommend improvements
- Report insights to senior leadership on maintenance effectiveness and technology impact
- Drive data-informed decisions and support strategic initiatives to ensure reliable equipment performance across multiple sites
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with 5+ years progressive experience in industrial maintenance or operations, including 1+ year in a supervisory role, OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field with 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Expert level knowledge of Remote Asset Monitoring (RAMP) systems
- Advanced proficiency in SAP PM and related modules, including customizing workflows and integrating third-party tools
- Proven success implementing predictive maintenance technologies such as IoT, machine learning, and real-time analytics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple international or remote mining environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insights
- Passion for innovation in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-risk environments with focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership experience (preferred)
