💰 $175,000 - $210,000 per year
About the role
- Scope and execute initiatives across the organization to improve operations and strategy
- Report directly to executive team leaders and partner with Product, Marketing, Business Development, Claims, and Underwriting
- Build frameworks to enable launch of new offerings and scale the business
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical operational processes and drive data-driven outcomes
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis to produce actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
- Develop and track critical operating metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Support business unit GMs scaling commercial operations, launching new products, and driving operational, process, and margin improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across management consulting, investment banking, private equity and/or business operations roles in high-growth companies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a high growth, ambiguous environment
- Critical thinker - you aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and make decisions
- Diplomatic - you know how to build coalitions and lead by persuasion
- Poised under pressure - you keep calm even when working through contentious situations and on tight deadlines
