About the role

  • Identify key prospects: Find target customers, address their challenges, and monitor competitors in the healthcare sector
  • Participate in tenders: Engage in tender processes with private practices, medical groups, and insurance companies
  • Support onboarding: Provide onboarding assistance and basic implementation support for smooth program launches
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, detailing project progress, market trends, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Germany focusing on non-emergency transport providers, insurance companies, and healthcare organisations
  • Direct involvement in complex tender processes and strategic sales cycles and help bring the FREENOW Health suite of solutions to market
  • Build and grow your own team as the business scales

Requirements

  • +5 years of sales or business development or account management experience, ideally in healthcare sector
  • Experienced sales professional with a strong history of surpassing performance targets and driving consistent revenue growth
  • Adept at maintaining and expanding client relationships, with a proven ability to bring existing customers into new business opportunities
  • You are fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
  • You feel comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
