About the role
- Manage team capacity, resources, and workload distribution to support multiple concurrent launches
- Ensure all program launches meet state and federal regulations
- Support market research and regulatory analysis
- Oversee execution of research, licensing, and operational readiness activities
- Ensure research related to state guidelines and regulations is accurate
- Support translation of company and product strategies into clear execution guidance
- Proactively engage stakeholders across different teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in operations management
- Experience managing project or program managers
- Demonstrated proven background and record of success at FreedomCare.
- Proficiency in management functions, talent assessment, hiring, monitoring performance, team building etc.
- Advanced proficiency in operational tactics.
