About the role
- Manage all aspects of studio business and operations.
- Train, schedule, and manage staff.
- Manage financials and oversee studio financial performance.
- Facility management and maintenance.
- Customer experience and community relations.
- Marketing and enrollment activities to grow student base.
- Event planning and management, including weekday evening and weekend events.
- Receive full training in Fred Astaire platforms and processes.
- Receive dance training and teach private and group lessons.
- Help students reach personal dance goals from single events to lifelong development.
- Host and participate in performances, parties, and competitions.
- Foster a welcoming, non-judgmental studio community and enhance students' lives.
