About the role
- Review, analyze, and evaluate information related to Access Optimization
- Provide maintenance and auditing of providers' templates and schedules
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Liaise between clinic managers, Epic teams, and the Contact Center for accurate communication
- Optimize the automation of provider changes for clinic managers
Requirements
- Diploma, GED or high school diploma
- 2 years working in a Healthcare Clinic Setting
- 2 years experience with Epic Cadence, Radiant or Ambulatory modules
- Preferred Epic-Cadence - EPIC Certificate
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education or related experience
