• Right hand to executive management: You free up the executive team by coordinating topics and to‑dos, driving projects independently and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Scroll‑stopping edits: You edit Reels and TikToks that hook viewers in the first second — fast cuts, strong hooks, captions/subtitles and transitions are part of your daily work.
• Format development with trend sense: You contribute original short‑video ideas, pick up current trends and adapt them for our brand — before the trend fades.
• Cross‑platform, natively executed: You know a TikTok isn’t a 1:1 repost on Instagram — you tailor hooks, pacing and captions to each platform so the content actually performs.
• Team collaboration: You work closely with our founder, Stef — from concept to edit to final export.
