About the role

  • Drive digitalization topics, including Cloud, SAP, Data & AI, and modernization discussions with customers, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle and the go-to-market (GTM) plan
  • Build business and customer relationships
  • Manage daily interactions with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities, present capabilities/services, and close contracts with prospective clients to generate revenue
  • Manage, develop and negotiate contracts and prepare proposals
  • Lead sales and new customer acquisition activities
  • Collaborate with the relevant departments to ensure contracts and services are delivered according to customer requirements

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in selling IT services or related fields
  • Experience selling digitalization, SAP/ERP, cloud, analytics, low-code, and automation services is a plus
  • Experience selling IT services or a strong customer network in banking, finance, insurance, or manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong personal networks within the enterprise sector
  • Experience working with international companies
  • Understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
