- Lead global alliances with GSIs and consulting firms
- Establish new partnerships and expand existing relationships
- Drive joint business initiatives and partner-led growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships
- Manage partnership agreements and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive partner performance
- Monitor and report on partner KPIs and strategic impact
- Represent the company at industry events and partner summits
Requirements
- Extensive experience in partner management, focusing on GSIs and consulting firms
- Proven track record of building and expanding strategic alliances internationally
- Deep understanding of partner business models, especially in system integration and consulting
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at executive level
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
- Fluent in German & English; additional languages are a plus
