Product Manager

• Own the platform toolkit end-to-end: dashboards, reports, layouts, components, service desk experiences, and the workflow designer that powers connected workflows across products
• Sharpen the connected workflows concept — how workflows span multiple products, systems, and personas, and how they compose into reusable, packaged solutions
• Drive the extensibility model: APIs, integrations, and how partners and customers extend the platform to fit their environment
• Shape AI as an active layer in the platform — agentic workflows that configure, orchestrate, and reason across the environment, not just assist users at the edges
• Serve three distinct personas well: End users consuming self-service experiences and interacting with services; Admins and configurators building workflows, dashboards, and services without specialist support; Developers and builders extending the platform through APIs, integrations, and custom logic
• Enable the platform to power all Matrix42 product lines with a coherent, opinionated experience
• Partner with product experience, engineering, and adjacent product teams that consume the platform
• Define success metrics around adoption, configurability, time-to-value, and platform stickiness across all persona layers
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape the roadmap
