• Lead architectural workshops and align stakeholders
• Define standards and guardrails, and review implementations
• Accept work packages, including effort estimations
• Coach delivery teams and act as technical lead
• Provide process and tool advisory for ITIL-oriented designs
• Conduct complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Create thorough presentations and documentation
• Support pre-sales activities and design integration architectures
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver trainings
