Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resource management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices applicable to the region
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or an MBA with a focus on HR (preferred)
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics tools (preferred)
