About the role
- Cultivating and growing high value, deposit relationships
- Development and acquisition of new business deposit relationships
- Maintaining a portfolio of business deposit members
- Developing and executing a formalized sales plan
- Partnering with branch team(s) to achieve business growth goals
- Responsible for leading deal teams and partner interactions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with centers of influence
- Attending networking, charity, and corporate functions
- Identifying opportunities for growth of additional revenue streams
- Utilizing proactive and needs based selling techniques
- Overall responsibility for Know Your Member (“KYM”) execution and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 10-15 Years in growing and acquiring business relationships preferred
- Established referral sources and book of business
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new relationships to meet/exceed growth goals
- Lending Experience
- Strong knowledge of cash management and all other ancillary banking products and services
