• Accountable for creating a scalable sales culture, expanding market penetration, and managing day‑to‑day execution of sales strategies.
• Recruit, Build, and Scale a High‑Performing MLO Team.
• Manage recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and hiring of Mortgage Loan Officers throughout the region.
• Build sustainable recruiting channels and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Lead onboarding, performance ramp‑up, and integration of new MLOs to ensure early and ongoing production success.
