About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading, building, and expanding a high‑performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) across the region.
- Drive aggressive growth, oversee recruiting pipelines, ensure ongoing production performance, and strengthen FourLeaf's presence through strategic business development.
- Accountable for creating a scalable sales culture, expanding market penetration, and managing day‑to‑day execution of sales strategies.
- Recruit, Build, and Scale a High‑Performing MLO Team.
- Manage recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and hiring of Mortgage Loan Officers throughout the region.
- Build sustainable recruiting channels and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Lead onboarding, performance ramp‑up, and integration of new MLOs to ensure early and ongoing production success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ Years in Mortgage Lending
- 3+ Years Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Proven success in mortgage origination with strong knowledge of residential lending products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate Mortgage Loan Officers in a production‑driven environment.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing MLO talent, with the ability to build and sustain strong recruiting pipelines.
- Licenses: NMLS Required.
