Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading, building, and expanding a high‑performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) across the region.
Drive aggressive growth, oversee recruiting pipelines, ensure ongoing production performance, and strengthen FourLeaf's presence through strategic business development.
Accountable for creating a scalable sales culture, expanding market penetration, and managing day‑to‑day execution of sales strategies.
Recruit, Build, and Scale a High‑Performing MLO Team.
Manage recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and hiring of Mortgage Loan Officers throughout the region.
Build sustainable recruiting channels and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Lead onboarding, performance ramp‑up, and integration of new MLOs to ensure early and ongoing production success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ Years in Mortgage Lending
3+ Years Supervisory Experience Preferred
Proven success in mortgage origination with strong knowledge of residential lending products.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate Mortgage Loan Officers in a production‑driven environment.
Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing MLO talent, with the ability to build and sustain strong recruiting pipelines.
Licenses: NMLS Required.
