About the role
- Deliver PG Calc software training services and rigorously test software
- Manage client support calls relating to PGM Anywhere, GiftWrap, Bequest Manager and GiftCalcs (80% of role)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of PG Calc products, services, and gift planning fundamentals
- Offer support to software clients, respond to inquiries, record calls in CRM, administer client accounts and licensing
- Conduct group, online and custom training; develop curriculum and training manuals (10% of role)
- Participate in testing software updates, assist with release coordination, serve as Product Representative and liaison to Development (10% of role)
- Participate in cross-departmental committees and complete special projects; identify potential sales leads
Requirements
- PGM Anywhere or Gift Wrap experience
- Understanding of planned gift fundamentals
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Planned Giving field
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Proficient in delivering engaging online software demonstrations and other presentations
- Dedicated Workspace: home office or workspace free of distractions and interruptions
- Reliable Internet Connection: High-speed internet required to support video conferencing
- Hybrid Work Commitment: must reliably commute to the Cambridge, MA office 2 days per week
- Must be able to talk, hear, use hands/fingers; occasional lifting up to 15 pounds; specific vision abilities
