About the role

  • Deliver PG Calc software training services and rigorously test software
  • Manage client support calls relating to PGM Anywhere, GiftWrap, Bequest Manager and GiftCalcs (80% of role)
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of PG Calc products, services, and gift planning fundamentals
  • Offer support to software clients, respond to inquiries, record calls in CRM, administer client accounts and licensing
  • Conduct group, online and custom training; develop curriculum and training manuals (10% of role)
  • Participate in testing software updates, assist with release coordination, serve as Product Representative and liaison to Development (10% of role)
  • Participate in cross-departmental committees and complete special projects; identify potential sales leads

Requirements

  • PGM Anywhere or Gift Wrap experience
  • Understanding of planned gift fundamentals
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Planned Giving field
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Proficient in delivering engaging online software demonstrations and other presentations
  • Dedicated Workspace: home office or workspace free of distractions and interruptions
  • Reliable Internet Connection: High-speed internet required to support video conferencing
  • Hybrid Work Commitment: must reliably commute to the Cambridge, MA office 2 days per week
  • Must be able to talk, hear, use hands/fingers; occasional lifting up to 15 pounds; specific vision abilities
