Accounting Manager

• Manage incoming communications from federal and state agencies and resolve tax-related inquiries
• Research and respond to correspondence, collect and process data for K-1 reporting
• Support preparation of federal and state tax filings and year-end payroll reporting
• Import and classify payroll-related transactions and reconcile payroll for clients
• Review account statements, enter asset balances, record investment and charitable activity in the general ledger
• Reconcile asset portfolios and financial transactions; procure asset valuations

• Serve as the primary liaison for benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
• Manage and monitor benefit file feeds, proactively addressing changes, updates, discrepancies, and errors

• Deliver PG Calc software training services and rigorously test software
• Manage client support calls relating to PGM Anywhere, GiftWrap, Bequest Manager and GiftCalcs (80% of role)
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of PG Calc products, services, and gift planning fundamentals
