About the role
- Ensuring the smooth operation of all accounts payable processes.
- Managing relationships with internal and external partners.
- Processing expense reports and supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining 1099 records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Overseeing records management to ensure financial documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Requirements
- A minimum of two (2) + years of experience in accounts payable is required.
- High proficiency with Enterprise Accounting Software, Enterprise Resource Planning Software, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and database-related software applications.
- A strategic and creative thinker who work within and across teams to swiftly respond to needs identified across the organization.
