Therapist

• Lead a regional team of best-in class Therapy Access Managers to support UT PAH and ILD products.
• Set the vision and strategy that enables successful achievement of objectives that are compliantly aligned with the Patient Relations Team.
• Review total HCP engagement trends within their assigned region to help manage request volumes, response efficiency and share market insights gained from HCP requests.
• Coordinate and cross-cover HCP support requests throughout their assigned region on an as needed basis to accommodate for TAM time off, to help resolve complex cases and to address any support gaps that arise.
• Develop and convey a robust set of rules of engagement to interact with HCP customers and UT internal stakeholders in an appropriate and compliant manner.
• Represent patients’/ customers’ / stakeholders’ concerns, priorities, and needs with internal stakeholders, and develop plans and innovative and compliant solutions to appropriately respond to those needs within their regions.
• Facilitate a culture of accountability and compliance through ongoing cadence discussions with field leaders and internal partners to identify scalable business practices and to problem solve potential access barriers to UT products.
• Work across the Patient Relations Team to assist with resolution of program escalations as required and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Engage with sales leadership to discuss regional trends, challenges, and concerns.
• Anticipate implications to patient access across UT products to allow for compliant proactive education to meet the market need.
• Establish measurable performance parameters and monitor performance against those set parameters.
• Establish and monitor staffing projections and geographic distribution based on anticipated activity levels.
• Perform field ride-alongs to ensure the team is appropriately and compliantly engaging with customers.
• Provide frequent, ongoing performance feedback to all direct reports and foster a team oriented, supportive working environment.
• Actively facilitate the growth and development of team members based on their needs, motivation and business requirements. Provide continual coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for improvement.

Regional Field Director – Therapy Access

Sales

• Promote UT therapies: Represent Remodulin and Orenitram (and other UT products as appropriate) within your assigned territory, engaging directly with targeted physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and specialty pharmacy staff.
• Educate and build relationships: Serve as a key educational resource for HCPs, ensuring clear communication of product information and disease state knowledge.
• Drive business growth: Analyze sales data, develop and execute territory business plans, and achieve or exceed target goals in key accounts.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with regional and cross-functional colleagues (including RBDs, MDDs, and other field-based team members) to align strategies and optimize customer engagement.
• Leverage resources: Appropriately use sales tools, marketing resources, and the sales force automation system to maximize effectiveness and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain compliance: Adhere to UT commercial compliance, regulatory requirements, and administrative responsibilities (e.g., call reporting, expense management) in a timely and accurate manner.

Cardiopulmonary Sales Specialist – Remodulin/Orenitram

Manager

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of network engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and high‑quality network services across the enterprise of United Therapeutics' largescale, highly available global network infrastructure
• Ensure the Network Services team complies with established processes, operational frameworks, architectural standards, and enterprise network strategies
• Translate enterprise technology strategy into actionable network‑focused execution plans for the team, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Contribute to IT Infrastructure strategic planning, including network roadmaps, capacity forecasting, and long‑term architectural development

Cardiopulmonary Sales Specialist – Rare Disease

Director

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate Advanced Lung Disease (ALD) MSLs, ensuring strategic pull-through of medical tactics
• Interview, select, and hire candidates for new positions and backfills
• Collaborate with Medical Excellence & Training Lead to coordinate and oversee onboarding and training for newly hired MSLs
• Partner closely with National Director, ALD MSLs to oversee all performance management activities and provide regular feedback through field rides, analysis of activities, and administrative reviews
• Coach MSLs on the development and updating of territory KOL plans, ensuring accountability for all annual goals, objectives, quarterly priorities, and KPIs
• With input from the National Director, lead congress planning activities, including launch preparation, talking points, scientific/medical direction, and data dissemination tactics
• In collaboration with the National Director, develop, execute, and reassess field targeting strategies during team expansion
