Account Executive

• Proactively manage your portfolio of small and medium businesses that are actively working with Forward Financing, focusing on growing the relationships and providing solutions for additional capital.
• Effectively analyze business profiles and financial history to advise them whether Forward Financing products suit their needs and financial circumstances.
• Leverage data and reporting to proactively attack your day and maximize your opportunities.
• Own the sales process from approval through closing in an effort to crush monthly quotas.
• Diligently balance your activity in a fast-paced environment.

Account Executive II – Renewals

Manager

• Be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and building the IT systems and devices that power Forward’s business.
• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, including support services and system administrators
• Create, run, and manage operational processes to allow the IT team to scale
• Formulate, articulate, and socialize a strong vision for growth of the IT function
• Own IT information systems including Google Workspaces
• Assist team in managing MacOS, ChromeOS, and Windows endpoints
• Supervise and mentor direct reports
• Define operational metrics for your teams and hold individuals accountable to those goals
• Lead large-scale IT projects and hold direct reports responsible for project delivery
• Create and implement a unified customer communications strategy, including SMS, call center, email
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including rolling out zero-touch laptop deployments
• Negotiate vendor contracts and renewals. Own key vendor relationships.
• Continuously improve the technology in our 3 offices, including networking, teleconferencing, card access, cameras
• Handle AV for large company events
• Create and maintain key partnerships with global stakeholders
• Expand support to a 12x5 model
• Consolidate management of business information systems from non-technical departments
• Ensure that cybersecurity requirements are implemented across systems and devices to protect company assets and meet compliance requirements
• Travel internationally twice a year

Senior Manager, IT

QA Engineer

• Design and maintain automated end tests for our ecosystem of internal and external systems
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-powered features, defining what "good output" means, catching regressions in prompt behavior, and testing the non-determinism that comes with generative AI
• Partner with engineers to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines so quality signals surface early, not at release time
• Contribute to a growing quality culture, sharing testing practices with engineers, weighing in on architectural decisions, and helping set standards that will scale with the team
• Foster a culture of quality ownership and shift-left testing practices across engineering teams

Senior QA Engineer

Product Manager

• Own the Portfolio: Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketing site, application flows, customer portal, and ISO/broker portal.
• Drive the Funnel: Optimize the origination funnel end-to-end (from first visit to funded deal) to materially improve pull-through and conversion rates.
• Govern the ISO digital experience (submissions, payouts, deal status) with the same rigor as the small-business-owner experience.
• Ship AI-Native Experiences: Deeply embed AI into the product (e.g., chat bots, auto-decisioning explanations, intelligent document collection, conversational support, agentic self-service).
• Partner with Design & Platform PMs: Collaborate closely with a Senior Product Designer to maintain high UX craft, and translate platform capabilities into seamless user experiences.
• Ensure all digital and AI innovations align with credit policies, regulatory obligations, and operational risk frameworks.
• Deliver clear, data-backed updates to leadership regarding trade-offs, performance, and strategic requests.
