About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—within Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through a mix of new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively source and develop new customer relationships (“hunting”) while growing business within existing accounts.
  • Build strategic account plans to penetrate enterprise customers, including new sites, new logos, and targeted high-value segments.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our industrial safety solutions, including both hardware and software portfolios.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer contacts and executive sponsors.
  • Partner closely with distributors and channel partners to maximize market reach and impact.
  • Coordinate commercial efforts across corporate and regional teams to advance account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce and manage a robust, well-documented pipeline.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience in partnership with cross-functional internal teams.

Requirements

  • +5 years of successful outside sales experience in IoT and/or systems solutions within an industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial markets and verticals such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Steel, and related sectors.
  • Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working with distributor and partner networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel up to 65% across the region.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
