About the role

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas for bookings and pipeline growth.
  • Position Accruent’s solutions as market-leading, delivering measurable value to customers.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across your EMEA territory.
  • Develop territory plans, prospecting strategies, and client action plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to target accounts and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage executive-level customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Act as a thought leader in the industry — speak at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate Accruent’s brand presence.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap planning.
  • Travel across EMEA and the USA to meet customers, attend events, and collaborate internally.

Requirements

  • Around 5+ years in SaaS sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing complex deals in a multi-country environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS pricing principles and deal structures.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all formats.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Track record of building a book of business and driving customer success, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborative team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English.
