About the role
- Meet and exceed sales quotas for bookings and pipeline growth.
- Position Accruent’s solutions as market-leading, delivering measurable value to customers.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across your EMEA territory.
- Develop territory plans, prospecting strategies, and client action plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to target accounts and generate qualified leads.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and manage executive-level customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity records in Salesforce.
- Act as a thought leader in the industry — speak at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate Accruent’s brand presence.
- Provide market and customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap planning.
- Travel across EMEA and the USA to meet customers, attend events, and collaborate internally.
Requirements
- Around 5+ years in SaaS sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing complex deals in a multi-country environment.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS pricing principles and deal structures.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all formats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Track record of building a book of business and driving customer success, retention, and growth.
- Collaborative team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English.
