About the role

  • deliver operational support for customer ERP environments
  • install, configure, and maintain ERP systems for multiple clients
  • work with defined objectives and use established methods to solve routine and moderately difficult issues
  • apply practical knowledge to keep systems stable, secure, and available
  • manage incidents, service requests, deployments, and changes
  • identify improvements and recommend enhancements
  • share knowledge with colleagues and provide informal guidance to less experienced team members

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in informatics or information technology
  • at least 2-3 years’ experience within database administration (DBA), .NET, JavaScript\TypeScript, and Microsoft based systems and architecture
  • experience in Infrastructure and Cloud solutions
  • experience within System Administration (e.g. Windows) and Virtualization
  • certification in Cloud & Microsoft solutions is an advantage
  • analytical mind and structured and solution-oriented working method
  • ability to work in a team and is a genuine team player
  • service minded and has a high reliability as well as quality awareness
  • fluent in English, both verbally and written.
