About the role
- Support the evolution of the Learning Experience Platform in partnership with our People Experience Team and our Product Education Services team.
- Further develop our leadership hub tools, processes and guides leaders need to lead with confidence.
- Support the development of global onboarding and initiatives around culture and values.
- Coordinate our leadership development program and its transition to using blended learning.
- Manage the delivery of language training programs and manage program adoption and utilization.
- Manage our learning experience platform and develop learning paths, materials and curriculums.
- Evaluate third party training providers and coordinate external training sessions.
- Support employees and managers in the areas of learning and development.
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development or people experience roles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training activities and initiatives.
- Ability to design clear and practical guides, tools and learning materials.
- Proficiency with learning management systems.
- Clear communication skills to explain processes and solutions.
- Ability to work independently within defined frameworks.
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in HR or organizational development.
