Account Manager

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned ecosystem partners (Salesforce, AWS, Hubspot)
• Build and execute partner account plans including revenue targets, enablement objectives, and marketing activities.
• Conduct regular QBRs to review pipeline, performance, and sourced vs. influenced attribution
• Align partner priorities with FormAssembly’s GTM Strategy across verticals.
• Drive measurable growth in partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline through co-selling, co-marketing, and joint pursuits.
• Log and validate all influenced and sourced opportunities in Salesforce CRM for clean attribution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BDR teams on account coverage and opportunity management.
• Maintain transparent forecasts and attribution data for Finance and RevOps review.
• Salesforce (Primary): Understand the AppExchange landscape, SI/VAR partner models, and Salesforce co-sell alignment.
• Manage AWS marketplace listings, AWS ACE pipeline entries, and work with AWS Partner Development Managers.
• Support HubSpot integration awareness, enablement, and collaboration with HubSpot Solutions Partners and HUG communities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner activity with business objectives.
• Work with Finance and RevOps to ensure accuracy of partner attribution and compensation tracking.
• Contribute to internal enablement, helping sales understand partner capabilities.

• Lead with vision & execution: Define and own the product roadmap grounded in customer value, business impact, and AI innovation. Measure portfolio health via North Star metrics, adoption, and revenue.
• Prototype at the speed of thought: Use AI tools (Cursor, Lovable, etc.) to vibe code MVPs, mock APIs, and interactive demos with your pods—then iterate based on real user and market feedback.
• Own OKRs & KPIs: Set, track, and hit ambitious goals for product growth, team velocity, and feature adoption. Report directly to CPO on strategy and trade-offs.
• Customer obsession: Spend a good portion of your time with users and stakeholders—running interviews, usability tests, feedback loops, and data analysis to validate problems and solutions.
• Orchestrate Agile delivery: Help run lean sprint rituals, prioritize backlogs, write clear user stories, and unblock engineering without micromanaging.
• Cross-functional partnership: Build tight alignment with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Executives to launch high-impact features on tight cycles.
• PLG mastery: Design self-serve onboarding, upgrade and upsell paths, and AI-powered growth features that drive acquisition, activation, and expansion.
• Data fluency: Use analytics, quick experimentation, and AI-driven insights to make decisions.
• Market & competitive intelligence: Anticipate trends in AI, developer tools, and enterprise SaaS to inform positioning and differentiation.
• Leadership: You will have direct reports that will require support and exhibit a ‘lead by example’ mentality.

Senior Product Leader

Infrastructure Engineer

• Cloud Infrastructure & Infrastructure as Code
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS environments (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform/OpenTofu, AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Implement serverless architectures (Lambda, Step Functions)
