About the role

  • The Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth and strategic initiatives.*
  • Manage and contribute to the development of high-quality proposal responses for RFPs.
  • Support competitive intelligence efforts and help maintain relationships with buyer cooperatives.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of RFP responses, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity and compliance with requirements.
  • Maintain and update a centralized repository of RFP content, templates, and submissions.
  • Track RFP opportunities and manage timelines to ensure timely submissions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding RFP inquiries.
  • Work to find relevant intel for the Commercial team to leverage in competitive proposals.
  • Organize, track, and analyze FOIA responses/research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Share findings with internal teams to inform business development strategies.
  • Assist in managing relationships with key buyer cooperatives.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with public procurement processes and FOIA practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office applications is required.
  • Extremely proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Desire to work in a growing company in the renewable energy field.
