About the role
- Become an expert on dealer facing web portal known as PTS
- Collaborate daily with enterprise tech development team
- Deliver new functionality and define requirements
- Create test plans and verify proper functionality
- Ensure quality and support production issues
- Participate in user feedback sessions and post dealer communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM related field
- 3+ years of experience with agile and/or scrum methodologies
- 5+ years of web application software development experience preferred
- Familiarity with data flow and system architecture diagrams involving multiple systems
- Prior knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MVC architecture, React is desired
- Prior knowledge with automotive and dealership operations
- 1-3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle communications protocols and devices
- Knowledge of automotive warranty processes
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics
