Influence development and implementation of Ford Credit strategy and new business initiatives
Work with Ford Credit leadership to ideate, develop and execute global transformation
Collaborate with teams and executive leaders across Ford Credit including engineering, product, risk and finance
Develop achievable strategic goals and build sustainable competitive advantage
Collaborate across Ford Credit to develop strategic points of view, capability assessments, and provide insights on external environment
Lead and oversee various work-streams for strategy projects and programs with multiple stakeholders
Develop business cases for new initiatives including new business opportunities, partnerships, and M&A initiatives
Oversee development of detailed business plans, project/program execution plans and tracking against milestones
Develop and share points of view on technologies, automotive finance and the fintech landscape based on external research and competitive benchmarking
Facilitate strategy team sprint sessions and collaboration workshops
Develop executive level presentations and strategy papers
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5+ years of experience in a Strategy, Marketing, Executive Consulting and/or project management on a global scale
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing complex strategic initiatives that have driven significant business growth and financial performance
Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex problems, interpret large datasets, and derive actionable insights
Experience working with global and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge on Strategy and Business Planning foundational elements
Analytical and problem-solving approach; highly organized and detail oriented
Creative and compelling storyteller; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and executive leaders
Strong project management skills; comfortable as both team lead and team member
MBA or other relevant graduate degree is strongly preferred
Familiarity and fluency with strategic and innovation frameworks and conceptual constructs
Excels on PowerPoint and Excel, building presentations for executive leadership reviews
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
