About the role

  • Influence development and implementation of Ford Credit strategy and new business initiatives
  • Work with Ford Credit leadership to ideate, develop and execute global transformation
  • Collaborate with teams and executive leaders across Ford Credit including engineering, product, risk and finance
  • Develop achievable strategic goals and build sustainable competitive advantage
  • Collaborate across Ford Credit to develop strategic points of view, capability assessments, and provide insights on external environment
  • Lead and oversee various work-streams for strategy projects and programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives including new business opportunities, partnerships, and M&A initiatives
  • Oversee development of detailed business plans, project/program execution plans and tracking against milestones
  • Develop and share points of view on technologies, automotive finance and the fintech landscape based on external research and competitive benchmarking
  • Facilitate strategy team sprint sessions and collaboration workshops
  • Develop executive level presentations and strategy papers

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in a Strategy, Marketing, Executive Consulting and/or project management on a global scale
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing complex strategic initiatives that have driven significant business growth and financial performance
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex problems, interpret large datasets, and derive actionable insights
  • Experience working with global and multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge on Strategy and Business Planning foundational elements
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach; highly organized and detail oriented
  • Creative and compelling storyteller; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and executive leaders
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable as both team lead and team member
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity and fluency with strategic and innovation frameworks and conceptual constructs
  • Excels on PowerPoint and Excel, building presentations for executive leadership reviews
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
