About the role
- Contribute to data and analytic reporting for Global Dealer Engagement (GDE) and supporting teams for Sentiment and Benchmarking Studies
- Implement static visuals in Excel/PPT and build dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Help deliver a comprehensive closed database of global dealer sentiment studies powered by GENAI for internal Ford use
- Create AI-driven closed-database search engines and apply LLM/GenAI tools where applicable
- Structure Smartsheets for GDE Pillars for in-house project management
- Bring measurement initiatives to life in visual formats understandable at the executive level
- Assist in coordinating projects and deliverables for the Chief Global Dealer Experience Officer
- Collaborate with global partners to support development of transformative dealer experiences
- Build and manage a network of external resources to learn and access emerging franchise models and technologies
- Analyze and anticipate data required to spot trends, risks, and opportunities in dealer relationships globally.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (StudyLevel listed)
- 5+ years of experience with advanced Excel capabilities (n-gram, macros, coding)
- 5+ years of experience with Qlik Sense & Smartsheets & Power Bi
- 2+ years of technical experience with LLM/AI Tools and prompt engineering
- Experience working on global teams (preferred)
- Dealer experience is preferred
- Strong interest in advocating for and delivering data to improve dealer sentiment and customer experience
- Comfortable working in whitespace; ability to use variety of frameworks to provide structure creatively
- Experience cultivating information and data from a variety of sources and synthesizing it into a cohesive story
- Detail-oriented with ability to balance competing priorities and problem-solve in real time
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and collaborate with peers and partners globally
- Understanding of Ford channel complexities (dealer, contact center, web, app, vehicle)
- Familiar leveraging management consulting structured problem-solving frameworks
- Persuasive in making a case for change leading to action
