About the role
- Program Integration and Alignment: Orchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams and ARTs, ensuring alignment to enterprise transformation priorities and sequencing of key deliverables.
- Execution Oversight and Outcome Delivery: Monitor and drive execution against program milestones and PI objectives, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to expected business outcomes.
- Cross-Workstream and Cross-ART Dependency Management: Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies, risks, issues and constraints across workstreams and ARTs, escalating as needed to maintain program momentum.
- Executive Reporting and Insights: Develop and own rollup reporting and performance scorecards, translating complex delivery data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Leadership and Communication: Serve as a key liaison between Workstream DRIs/Project Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Program Leadership, and Transformation Office functions (Governance, Organizational Change Management), ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
- Governance and Execution Discipline: Reinforce consistent program governance and execution standards, leveraging SAFe constructs (e.g., PI objectives, milestones) to enable alignment and transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify systemic delivery challenges and drive improvements across workstreams and ARTs to enhance execution effectiveness and program outcomes.
- Collaboration and Teaming: Partner with peer Transformation Managers to manage cross-program dependencies and provide support as needed, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Requirements
- 3 + years proven experience leading large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependent workstreams and/or Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Strong experience operating within a **Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)** environment, with the ability to translate Agile execution into program-level outcomes and insights.
- **Preferred experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master**, with demonstrated progression into program or transformation leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both **program and executive levels**, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Expertise in **dependency management, integrated planning, and risk/issue mitigation** across complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into **clear, executive-ready messaging**.
- Proven ability to drive accountability and results across teams without direct authority.
- Experience with Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
