About the role
- Use technical expertise to wholistically drive complex problems to completion.
- Work with the team to scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, and make time estimates for testing activities.
- Clearly communicate team’s progress and provide status on different forums.
- Define, plan & monitor testing activities based on Program Increments and deadlines.
- Manage and analyze Jira data and generate KPIs to measure team performance.
- Lead scrum events (daily scrum and sprint planning).
- Identify and manage hardware dependencies for end-to-end testing.
Requirements
- College or University degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Effective communication skills (oral and writting)
- +1 Years of experience in program management
- +1 Years of experience in SW Testing
- Teamwork
- Proactive
- Proficiency in English
- Resilience and not afraid to take new assignments.
- Solid understanding of ISTQB testing Methodologies
- Experience in program management, with a focus on software development, verification and
- validation or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Tools, Confluence, JIRA).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
- cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge in SAFe and Scrum methodologies
- Basic Programming skills to automate tasks or perform calculations (e.g., Python, Java).
