About the role
- Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of global talent programs, ensuring alignment with the company's overall talent strategy, industry best practices, and business priorities.
- Program Management & Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of talent programs from conceptualization to continuous improvement, including developing comprehensive change management strategies and leveraging HR technology solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM, Visier) for optimal impact.
- Global Deployment & Support: Oversee the successful global rollout and adoption of talent programs, providing effective communication, training, and acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to regional HR teams and HR Business Partners.
- Governance & Optimization: Establish robust program governance structures, define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, analyze data for continuous optimization, and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels and functions, effectively influencing decision-making and gaining buy-in for program initiatives within a matrixed global organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years specializing in Talent Management, leading programs for a business.
- Proven experience driving talent strategy for large organizations, preferably within product design, content design, product management or similar creative/technical fields.
- Strong project and program management skills, including planning, managing and delivering medium to large-scale projects as well as multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify critical insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience collaborating with highly matrixed and globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or a related field (even better)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) (even better)
- Proficiency with major HRIS/Talent Management systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) (even better)
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools (even better).
