About the role
- Own prevent recurrence at the enterprise level.
- Lead the governance and closure discipline behind prevent action closure (PAC).
- Solve real problems with measurable impact.
- Modernize how people get work done including AI-enabled improvements.
- Transform standards and procedures into a better end-user experience—simpler, faster, and more scalable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing quality or regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership experience, including direct people management.
- Strong understanding of quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Technical Field (even better).
- Familiarity with Ford’s Quality Operating System framework and procedures/standards (even better).
- Six Sigma or Lean certification (even better).
