  • Cloud Migration: Define the technical strategy for migrating legacy mainframe platforms to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure accurate, governed, and efficient data movement (cleansing, mapping, and transformation).
  • Interoperability: Design integration strategies that allow legacy systems, cloud platforms, and third-party applications (e.g., SAP, E2Open) to work in harmony.
  • Tech Scouting: Research and recommend emerging technologies, evaluating them for cost-effectiveness, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in Supply Chain 4.0, cloud ecosystems, and integrated data platforms.
  • Collaborative Culture: Foster an innovative, delivery-focused engineering culture by communicating complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technical architecture and software engineering.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Supply Chain Management, specifically with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, E2Open, or Global TMS platforms.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing and implementing data products and pipelines within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • - Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep understanding of plant-floor business processes and manufacturing execution systems.
  • - Legacy Transformation: Experience leading large-scale migration projects from Mainframe environments to the Cloud.
  • - Advanced Analytics: Proven experience integrating AI/ML and Data Analytics into supply chain workflows to deliver tangible business value.
  • - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
