About the role

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of new suppliers in support of complex battery storage supply chains
  • Create, maintain, and communicate schedules and plans for sourcing, battery manufacturing projects, including process development, validation, design, SOP, and mass production sustainment
  • Prepare roll-up information and reports for senior leadership on project status, blockers, and changes
  • Coordinate build milestones with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Production teams
  • Track material readiness, project costs, and drive cost management improvements
  • Provide technical leadership and project management to identify creative, timely solutions to key program challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or related area
  • 2+ years' experience of managing projects or programs with engagement of stakeholders across finance, engineering, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing to drive aggressive timelines and deliver complex outcomes on time
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or related area (even better)
  • Experience working with high tech products, including semiconductors, electrical distribution, or batteries (even better)
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills (even better)
  • Ability to take initiative and operate independently (even better)
