About the role

  • Leverage a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices combined with practical experience and strong insights into the day-to-day realities of recruiter and hiring manager roles to develop effective training.
  • Lead and partner on TA training content curation and delivery, including identifying, recommending, curating and presenting content to meet needs for TA Leadership, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
  • Lead and align global stakeholders in the governance, design, and continuous improvement of global training systems, tools, and related processes.
  • Oversee the creation, monitoring and ongoing updates of hiring manager and TA training programs.
  • Manage the content, user experience and access for the TA Learning Delivery tool, Social Talent.
  • Lead and manage successful training programs including new hire training for TA roles and stakeholders
  • Partner with TA Systems and Delivery teams to identify gaps and recommend improvements, while leading the delivery and rollout of training.
  • Research and recommend industry best practices for technology, content and development of TA stakeholders in the space of recruiting and hiring.
  • Responsible for partnering with Reporting & Analytics Lead to identify measures for new programs and the successful measurement of performance as a result of training related to process and performance.
  • Developing and leading inclusive-style training for all learning types including live, self -led, on-demand and train the trainer formats.
  • Partner closely with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team, global partners, and related functions to ensure there is healthy collaboration and alignment.
  • Participate in new initiatives and projects to further optimize the talent acquisition strategy, with responsibilities expanding as the team grows and priorities shift.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, HR, Communication and or related field
  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition
  • 2+ years managing projects from beginning to end.
  • 2+ years’ experience leading trainings or working in a teaching environment.
  • Working with global stakeholders to achieve agreement, continuity, clarity, and consistency in approach
