About the role
- Create a technical road map for the integration of different IAM tools including migrations into Azure AD internal Roles Tools
- Work closely with Business Partners to define a product vision and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team
- Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that creates excellent user experiences
- Collaborate with the product team to define specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables
- Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and designers in Agile environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in software product development
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager including defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and managing backlogs
- 3+ years of experience working with Identity and Access Systems (IAM), including LDAP and Azure AD
- 3+ years working with Agile software methodologies (Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Kanban)
- Ability to define and prioritize product features; strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and business partners and navigate complex decision making
- Previous success delivering products to market with Agile development teams and ongoing support of production applications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available
- Hybrid on-site requirement: ability to work onsite 4 days/week in Dearborn, MI office
