Create a technical road map for the integration of different IAM tools including migrations into Azure AD internal Roles Tools
Work closely with Business Partners to define a product vision and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team
Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that creates excellent user experiences
Collaborate with the product team to define specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables
Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and designers in Agile environments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
5+ years of experience in software product development
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager including defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and managing backlogs
3+ years of experience working with Identity and Access Systems (IAM), including LDAP and Azure AD
3+ years working with Agile software methodologies (Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Kanban)
Ability to define and prioritize product features; strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and business partners and navigate complex decision making
Previous success delivering products to market with Agile development teams and ongoing support of production applications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available
Hybrid on-site requirement: ability to work onsite 4 days/week in Dearborn, MI office
